Mobile Units

Home visits are reserved for emergency cases and patients who cannot travel to the treatment centre for medical reasons. Cars will transport the doctors on duty to house calls when patients are unable to attend treatment centres.

These units are equipped with mobile phones, and pagers. These cars also carry all necessary medical equipment including emergency equipment.

Finding patients in remote locations

Caredoc drivers are trained and experienced in logistics in their area of work. They are supported with equipment to support them. Patients who have concerns regarding their location can contact their own GP with their details in advance i.e. name, address, directions to house. Caredoc can then update patient record via their GP.
