All applicants must have:

  • Active registration with their professional registration body (NMBI, CORU)
  • 3 years post registration experience
  • Proven competencies to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Clinical decision-making skills
  • A full clean manual drivers’ licence (Vehicle provided)
  • Significant personal and professional development, applicable to the role
  • Knowledge of the Irish healthcare system
  • Excellent ability to organise their time and workload and prioritise as necessary.
  • Basic computer skills

  • Competent in cannulation, administration of IV therapies
  • CVAD care and Phlebotomy
  • Suprapubic and male catheterisation
  • A broad base of clinical learning and experience in any of the following areas of nursing: Community, Intensive Care, Care of the Elderly, Palliative, ED, Oncology

Senior Physiotherapist and Occupational Therapists applicants

  • Adult rehabilitation experience
  • Demonstrated evidence of service development and quality improvements
  • Community/OPD experience
  • Experience in clinical audit and research
